Ajmer Singh is the father of Mika. Balbir Kaur is the mother of Mika. Daler Mehndi is the brother of Mika Singh. Since Mika Singh is single, he has no wife. His mother, Balbir Kaur, is a former State-level wrestler, and his father, the late Ajmer Singh Chandan, was a musician and farmer.

The youngest of his five brothers, he has five brothers in total.
