Career

In domestic cricket, the 26-year-old plays for Trinidad and Tobago. He represented Trinidad and Tobago in a number of age-group competitions, and in 2012, at the age of 16, he made his under-19 debut for Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to participating for Trinidad & Tobago’s under-19 team at the international level in 2014, the Trinidadian played four games for his country in the Regional Super50 competition in 2013. 

Pooran scored a stunning 54 in 24 balls in his CPL debut against the Guyana Amazon Warriors. He participated in the 2013 Champions League on behalf of Trinidad & Tobago.
