Early-Life
Idaho’s Boise is where Wilson was born. She claims that she was agonizingly shy as a child. Wilson excelled in a variety of school activities, such as track and field, dance, and cheerleading.
Torrie Wilson’s interest in modeling became more serious during her second year of high school, and her mother encouraged her to pursue it. Wilson would need to lose weight in order to be considered for jobs, the couple was told when they visited an agency. She started an episode of bulimia and anorexia nervosa while trying to lose weight, which lasted from the age of 14 to 20.
