Inaugurating a 5-day virtual global summit on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Responsible AI for RAISE 2020, or Social Empowerment, Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted how the use of Artificial Intelligence will empower India, and also, he warned against the attainable pitfalls.

-- While we discuss artificial intelligence, let us also have no doubts that human emotions and human creativity continue to be our greatest strength. These are the advantages over machines.
-- It remains our responsibility to ensure trust in how Artificial Intelligence is used. Algorithm transparency is key to establishing this trust.
-- We need to protect the world from the weaponization of AI by non-state actors.
-- Artificial Intelligence may be utilized for helping our disaster management systems and machines stronger.
-- AI will play huge roles in farming and in developing next-generation urban infrastructure.
-- The National Educational Technology Forum is formed. This will produce an e-education product to increase the digital infrastructure, digital content material, and capability.
-- The government of India launched the 'Responsible AI for Youth' program in April 2020. Under this particular program, over 11,000 students from schools completed the basic program. They're currently developing their AI projects.
-- India has recently implemented the National Education Policy 2020. It focuses on technology-based skills and learning as a major aspect of education. E-courses will additionally be created in different regional languages & dialects.
-- We need India to be a worldwide hub for AI. Many Indians are today working on that. I am hoping many more do and so in the times to come.
-- The teamwork of AI with people are able to do great things for our planet.
-- In India, we've encountered that technologies improve transparency or service delivery.
